TERMS & CONDITIONS

To rent a mobile home/chalet/gîte please send the completed booking form. We will then send you the rental contract.

A damage deposit of 100€ is payable with the full payment of your stay. This is reimbursed after you depart, provided the mobile home is left clean and nothing is broken or needs replacing.

The rental property is furnished in perfect condition and disinfected.

A compulsory cleaning fee of 20€ is also payable. If the property is left in a dirty state an amount will be deducted from the damage deposit.

The taxe de séjour is 0,20€ for the mobile homes and 0,50€ for the chalets per day per person over 13.

The price includes the stay in the your rental property, water, gas, heating and the place for one vehicule. In mid season electricity is extra.

Large dogs are not admitted. Small dogs and cats are admitted for a cost of 2€ par day. One dog only.

Sheets and pillowcases are not supplied. The crockery and cooking utensils are supplied.

The booking deposit to be paid with the reservation is 100€ for each week booked. If the booking is cancelled less than 2 months in advance the deposit is forfeitted.

If the booking contract is not returned within a month of your receiving it the " pre-reservation" is cancelled. For late reservations made in July or August you have one week to decide to return the the contract.

Arrivals must be betweern 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm. Departure must be before 10.00 am.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

In winter time, subject to availability, daily rentals as follows:
Gite/Chalet 1-2 pers: 60€/night; 1-4 pers 70€/night; 4-6 pers 80€/night.
Electricity at 0,30€/kWh
